Elizabeth Fry
Media Coach/Social Media Content Creator/MMJ Specialist
Elizabeth Fry offers a unique coaching style built on nearly a decade of on-air experience with a special focus on mental health. After catapulting into a television reporting career while still in college, she fast tracked her education, graduating early to spend her days making a difference in her community by telling people’s stories on tv. She has transitioned into running her own mental health nonprofit focused on helping people find accessible and affordable mental health care options and reminding people that they’re not alone. She works to help clients find the balance between big dreams and burn out, with a focus on motivation, messaging and goal-setting.
As a journalist Elizabeth braved hurricanes, reported throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, and covered both local and national stories that spanned a variety of topics, from the nationwide search for Brian Laundrie to Tampa’s sports championships. She brings a wealth of experience to clients on how to craft their pitches to be not only on-brand, but heartfelt. She is now excited to help people find their own voice and identify their own stories so they can bring their own dreams to life in front of the camera just like she did.
