As the gatekeeper for what got on television in some of the top markets in the country, Sam knows how to tailor your story to maximize media exposure potential. She’s reviewed and managed thousands of press releases for nearly two decades and knows what works and what doesn’t.  She would love to help you write effective press releases and content that gets the attention of a newsroom and ultimately, your target audience.

Sam is a powerful writer who is passionate about telling stories, and she did just that, with coffee in hand, working while most people were sleeping for the majority of the last two decades on morning shows from Wilmington, North Carolina, to Boston and New York City. It was never just traffic and weather and headlines. Sam has a distinct flair for finding meaningful and positive messages to connect with an audience.  She’s trained and managed producers, writers, reporters and anchors, helped on-air professionals find their voice, their own writing style, and confidence. She’s helped producers hone their writing skills and create streamlined protocols to better organize their team and product and looks forward to helping you do the same.
